YOUTH WING
In the context of waning interest in organizational matters and the reluctance of members, who are too busy with their jobs and businesses to involve in activities of various organizations, CTMA has launched a YOUTH WING to “catch them young”. The Youth Wing conducts various programmes like motivational courses, personality Development, etc to young Malayalee youths below 35 years of age. The purpose of these youth wing programmes is to not only identify talent but also to nurture and develop a second line of leadership who will take care of the onerous responsibilities running the various organizations affiliated to CTMA at appropriate times.
LEGAL CELL
The CTMA is now in the process of launching a legal cell consisting of a panel of advocates that will take up legal issues relating to Malayalees as a collective unit or of individual Malayalees who cannot afford to fight cases in court because of their indigent financial conditions. These cases, however, will be screened by an expert committee to ensure their genuineness.
EDUCATION
Being the most vibrant and dynamic segment of our country, the youth is our most valuable human resource. To optimally tap their constructive and creative energies, CTMA gives prime importance to good education. It is our awareness of environs and environment as well. CTMA educational initiatives include promotion of ethnic language education and coaching for professional college entrance examinations, to encourage student’s performance. CTMA identifies top scoring students in X & XII board examinations and awarding Bharathiraja Memorial Awards( for the students who secured highest marks in 10th & +2 Std.) and M.A.Abraham Memorial Awards (to Malayalam Toppers) every year.
